We combine non-intrusive LoRaWAN® CT clamps at distribution boards with retrofit wall switches that include kWh metering, plus occupancy and light sensors that automatically stop lighting and small power from running in empty spaces. Data streams securely through LoRaWAN® gateways and, where required, industrial 4G/5G backhaul to clear dashboards that break down kWh by building, board and asset, surface peak demand and highlight out-of-hours consumption. Exception-first analytics flag creeping baseload, phase imbalance, simultaneous heat/cool and other anomalies so engineers fix what matters first. You can set guardrails for demand charges, schedule shutdowns, trigger work orders in your CAFM/BMS and export audit-ready M&V reports for stakeholders. Installation is quick and minimally disruptive—most CTs clamp on live conductors—so pilots stand up fast and scale cleanly across multi-site portfolios.
