We deploy field-proven hardware from your catalogue to solve high-value, boots-on-the-ground problems. For remote and outdoor assets we install UG67 outdoor LoRaWAN® gateways and UR75 5G routers (dual-SIM, private APN) to ensure resilient backhaul. For process variables we use EM500-UDL / EM400-UDL for ultrasonic level in wet wells and chambers, and EM500-SWL for submersible level in sumps and reservoirs. To prevent damage, we add EM300 leak detectorsMLD strip for bunds and floors, ZLD rope for perimeter runs, SLD and compact WS303 for spot leak/ingress in kiosks and substations. In energy centres and district heating, EM500-PT tracks flow/return temperature while clamp-on CTs trend pump and fan loading. Control and local interlocks are handled by UC series I/O controllers—ideal for solenoids, beacons and drain valves—so you can act on alarms even if the network drops. For kiosk and substation health we include AM307/308/319 and EM500-CO2 to monitor temperature, humidity and air quality; add WTS506 where weather and rainfall correlation supports flood response. Everything is normalised at the edge and forwarded via MQTT/HTTP to your SCADA, BMS, historian or CMMS, giving you exception dashboards, throttled alerts and downloadable evidence for inspections and customer audits. Typical results: fewer unplanned call-outs, earlier overflow warnings, reduced tanker deployments and faster time-to-fix across dispersed estates.
