Handling & Dispatch Time
Due to the specialist nature of our products, orders can require up to 4 weeks to process, configure, and prepare for dispatch.

This lead time begins from the date payment is received in full.

For certain bespoke or high-volume orders, we will provide an estimated delivery date separately by email.
We will notify you once your order has shipped, including tracking information where applicable.
Delivery Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method. You will see the full shipping cost breakdown before completing your purchase.
International Deliveries
We offer international delivery to selected countries.

Missed or Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to complete delivery:

A card will usually be left with instructions for redelivery or collection

The parcel may be held at a local depot or returned to us
Re-delivery fees may apply if the parcel is returned due to non-collection.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your delivery on arrival.

If your order is visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or sign as “damaged”

Report any issues (damage, missing parts, incorrect items) within 48 hours of delivery

Please include your order number and supporting photos in any communication
