Damaged, Incorrect, Missing or Faulty Goods
Please check all items immediately upon delivery. If an item appears damaged, you should refuse delivery or sign for it as "damaged" and notify us immediately.

If you’ve received an incorrect item, we will organise collection and send a replacement free of charge.
